Wanting to build a time machine...

I have been thinking (this can be dangerous) that I need to build a time machine.  Now it's not for reasons most of you might think.  I don't necessarily want to travel back in time per say.  I am more interested in being able to create more time.  So....when everyone else has 24 hours in the day, I could have 30.  Something like that.  Then maybe I could get things done.  I'm at work for about 13 hours a day, then come home and have things needing my attention, and then need sleep... oops, almost forgot homework.  Gotta have time for that as well.  Grrrr....I bet I'll have a paper due in the middle of my 7 days in a row shift.  If anyone has already invented a time device of some sorts, please feel free to give me any pointers!  Thanks!

  1. I understand where you are coming from, I work an average of ten hour days, five to six days a week. My current record is twelve days straight with a couple of doubles thrown in there to keep things interesting. All while trying to stay afloat during summer semester. Now add to this a husband and child who think you are trying to avoid them, because you have no time to spend with them, when you're not at work you're buried up to your neck in homework. It really is not fun, so I just want you to know I feel your pain, and frustration. When you feel overwhelmed, remember there are others in the same boat, and you are not suffering alone.

  2. I can identify with your desire for more time. Zig Ziglar once said, that lack of direction, not lack of time was our problem and I tend to agree with him. Time management has been a big emphasis of mine lately because like you, I want to have more time and so I must do more to direct my time.
